The Power of Influence (Hindi)

About the Book

“Enthusiasm is as brittle as crystal, but Common Sense is durable as brass.” This is a compact and compelling edition of Yoritimo-Tashi’s two great works, Influence: How to Exert it and Common Sense: How to Exercise it. From lessons on awakening the dormant energies within us by increasing and expanding the psychic forces to exerting powerful influence by exchanging confidence, The Power of Influence includes guidance on exerting influence by persuasion and suggestion, developing magnetic influence of the human eye, acquiring and developing common sense and practical sense, how to go about applying them in our daily lives, and their profitable utilization in the business world. Though centuries old, the doctrines of the twelfth-century Japanese shogun still remain relevant in modern times.

About the Author
Yoritomo-Tashi was among the three greatest statesmen of Japan. He was a founder of the first Japanese dynasty of Shoguns, the reviser of the Empire’s code of laws, and the organizer of military feudalism. He rescued his native land from the slough of demoralization into which it had sunk. In 1186, he established the seat of his government at Kamakura, where he organized an administrative body similar in its methods and operation to the metropolitan government. The great Shogun exercised a dominant influence over the minds of his people. To him the art of influencing others was the key to Success.
